Was fairly happy with the service until I noticed the damage my uniform had sustained, I can easily sew the inner button back on but I?m not sure what to do about this ink stain on one of the tabs.
Very disappointed, not sure what I?m going to tell my superiors when they ask what happened to my new and irreplaceably expensive uniform?

I?m disappointed with the Customer Service I received from this business. I took in a coat to be professionally dry cleaned as it had a dry clean only tag on it. I received a call from the business the next day stating the interior of the coat had been shredded and they were not refunding me or liable to any damages caused. This is in direct contravention to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. There was no offer of apology or resolution offered for the damage caused.
Citizens Advice specifically states:
?Dry cleaners are legally required to take ?reasonable? care of anything left with them. You can claim compensation if your belongings are damaged or lost while in their care.?
I give a 2 star rating as the woman I spoke to the previous day was very kind and helpful when I dropped the coat down. However, the business has an extreme lack of understanding of consumer law so I would be hesitant providing them with any sentimental or high value items. They will hold no accountability if they damage them.

Passed over my lambs leather jacket to be sorted, its come back like new and feels so much better than when i bought it, really recommend their specialist service for leather

I'm still newish at their service but have never witnessed any faults. Staff are thorough on how our all types of bedding curtains laundry are treated. Reasonable value price range! Get yourself's down there !!

I rang Freye Drycleaning on Monday to enquire about alterations and the dry cleaning of my husband's Tuxedo. I wish I had asked the lady who replied, her name, because if the work I need doing is as good as how lovely, helpful and professional she was, then I am in for a treat. The company should be so proud to have such a lady working for them.I am going in today to drop in said suit and will add my review of the service when I pick the suit up. It does take a little while to have the suit altered which the lady made me aware of as the alterations are carried out in Cardiff.

Absolutely Incredible service from beginning to end. Extremely professional and alterations to perfection. Kept in contact with myself which I found was very helpful when your busy working and forget about your shirts left at the Dry cleaners! First time with Freye, always used Briscombes until they did what ever they have done. Anyway, first time in, normal person painting her nails. Good banter, good service, good few laughs and got my quilt dry cleaned. All good for me. ?

I?ve heard that so,e of the staff or individuals are unhelpful, and I can confirm this is indeed the case. The lady put the phone down on me and when I rang back and tried to joke about being hung up on, she was quite indignant and said she was ?serving a customer?!Briscombes down the road must be thrilled she is working here....that?s who will have my business.
