Genuinely awful pharmacy. Never, ever had a prescription that was right first time for myself or anyone else in my household. Some of the younger staff are nice and friendly but unfortunately lacking in understanding of appropriate conversation and language to use when around customers, I?m not opposed to swearing but when there are f-bombs loudly being dropped at the front desk with a queue of customers it?s incredibly unprofessional. Really harsh and unpleasant older, tall, blonde woman in there behind the scenes who is really rude. Absolute disaster of a place.

What a gem of a girl Haley Brana is. I was getting Completely confused over my mother?s prescriptions and she did everything she could to help and advise me in a calm, friendly and kind manner. A credit to herself and her employer.

rude, incompetent, don't care about there customers, and will change your prescription without your permission when medication isn't in stock. please do not use this pharmacy

Honestly i have never been to this pharmacy without having problems and having to wait weeks for meds as they cant order the stock properly and end up being short all the time

Since when has it become acceptable for customer facing staff to chew gum?! Especially in an environment like that! It looks so sloppy and unprofessional. I do not want to see gum being slapped around their chops when I'm being served! It's disgusting. Some of the girls have a real attitude on them too. Not sure who they think they are!

Often get minor errors with my prescription here but this place is very busy so it?s understandable. Any problems are quickly corrected.

Their attitude stinks!The staff serving are very kind and considerate, but the moment you speak to a pharmacist its like your under questioning. It's odd as NHS pushes people to use pharmacies more, yet haven't given them the skills to deal with the public. Empathy goes a long way!

Customer service is at its lowest here. Rude and unhelpful. Not that long ago, service like this would have resulted in dismissal.
