GONE DOWNHILL massively, nephew had a cheese pizza from here last night and got food poisoning. Would stay far away from this place now as I know its just going downhill even more!!

Good food but we were given the wrong items by the time we drove home it was pointless driving back to the other side of Barry to rectify the issue. We were served by a young man who was very new and really needs to have some more allergen training before he kills someone. I asked for plant based garlic and herb dip due to an egg intolerance, which is not serious for me but it could be for someone who has an allergy, he asked me if I wanted the big tub of garlic and herb dip which I questioned and he confirmed it was plant based which I found odd because I had never heard of Dominos also doing the plant based garlic and herb dip in the large pot. When he handed the dip over we could see immediately that it was not plant based, we explained it contains egg therefore it's not plant based. He said he wasn't aware of that and then gave us 4 tubs of the actual plant based garlic and herb dip.
Dietary restrictions: Allergen menu is easy to find but staff need to learn more about allergens.

My neighbour had a delivery last night. The man delivering was very rude to me and a lady in the street. He had parked absolutely awful and illegally. Stopping a vehicle passing the delivery drivers car. He parked his car across one side of the street. When approached him to ask him to move he was very rude and didn't seem to think he'd done anything wrong!! For this reason I would never have a delivery from there again

We ordered a number of Pizzas from Domino's Barry for a friend's Birthday get together.
I had a few enquiries so I spoke the assistant manager Sabbir who was very helpful and polite.
The pizzas were great and despite the store being busy they arrived hot and fresh.

There's little to no atmosphere within, but the service was good as was the pizza..
Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian, so I didn't take an interest with the vegetarian selection
Kid-friendliness: There were children present.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to climb outside or within.

Staff polite and friendly, pizza as always overpriced for what you get. Independent pizza places much nicer, and a lot cheaper.
