The NHS get paid to save lives these people do it voluntary they help out so many people and I truly think they have save alot of family mentally and physically. The government turns their back to alot people and expect them to be ok with that if it wasn't for the food bank the last 5 years I don't know if I would of been here and I'm forever grateful every time I got a bit of money I put a extra few things in the collection trolly trying to give back wish I could do more”
