I visited CEX in Barry a few times over the course of 3 weeks to trade in various retro games and consoles. Each time I visited the store I was served by Dan. Despite bringing in like an hours work each time I visited he was always more than happy to serve me and chat to me about the classic games I was trading in. I was in the store awhile with each visit but each time Dan kept the conversation going and was very professional. Thanks Dan for your service mate, made the whole experience very easy. 5 star

Absolutely spot on. The gent who dealt with me (wears glasses) explained everything to me in detail. He was very polite and efficient in his job. Would definitely recommend for buying or selling electronics.

I fancy the prices are not as keen as they used to be, at least not on the pre-owned video games that I was looking at. I was able to get one title new, on offer, cheaper in Game than the pre-owned one in Cex.

Its an exchange centre lots of electronic stuff there phones laptops fitbits computer games ps5 /4 /3 xbox pc the lot average pricing though i didnt find them particularly cheap and they dont give you much cash if you sell stuff exchanging is a much better rate hence the name of the business you do get this 'pawnshop' vibe in there i only go there to swap out games but on a positive note they have loads of stuff to browse and waste your time on if you like that sort of thing ! The staff are generally helpful and friendly and the place is well lit so its not too bad !
