Being a regular at brewers for (twice weekly) breakfast, I was disappointed by the poor standard of service today.
Sadly our table was full of used dishes, from our starter and main courses.
But at least the food was lovely... when it finally arrived.
Granted there appears to be a shortage of staff today, but very few of the tables were occupied..!?
Kid-friendliness: Ample outside eating, which is isolated and private from onlookers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Totally flat with no steps, from carpark to table.

We stayed at the premier last night and went over for our all you can eat breakfast but the serving counter was empty. Apparently on weekdays they no longer fo this and you have to order (when the waitress finally decided to come to take the order) There was no breakfast menu to pursue so just had her reeling off what they do. It was £10.99 so bloody expensive. The whole place feels grubby and not cared for. The staff are friendly but that's about it. If I stay again I will go elsewhere for breakfast.
It seems an odd choice for them to discontinue the help yourself method as many people that stay at the Premier need to be up and away for work commitments etc. This service was so very slow. I will definitely be trying Travel Lodge in future.

Awful , hour and half and couldn't even give us our desserts. Said they be waiting for when we finish. We waited 50 minutes for real poor standard food. Then asked for deserts. Half hour later no dessert , ended up leaving they can keep the money! Wasn't even busy and the wait times absolute joke , real real poor service. Won't be going again. Would realistically want a refund

Went on Feb 11 at 5:30 ordered at 5:33 waited exactly 50 minutes to have 2 starters arrive lukewarm along with luke warm main meals! I'm talking soggy onion rings, congealed hard cheesy fries and a battered fish that was almost black but strangely only warm and my starter salad all together. There was no apology or explanation and the servers disappeared So no one to complain to and no one came back to check on us. We came home and sent a letter to customer service. They said sorry and thanks we will pass on your BAD experience to the staff and try not to do it to the next customer. So eat here at your own risk.

Our order was forgotten, we waited over 1 hour for dinner. Furthermore, the quality of the dishes offered is mediocre.

Booked 2 morning's breakfasts. Croissants had obviously been previously microwaved & looked like a pile of stodge all stuck together. Tried lifting one & they all lifted. The food for the full breakfast was luke warm because the heating tray hadn't been set correctly. The slices of bread for the toast was close to being stale

Went for lunch with two friends. As we were hungry we decided to have the full priced meals instead of the £5 options. Two of us had the smothered chicken which was a very small piece of chicken, about a dozen chips and a slice of garlic bread, no coldslaw or salad. I told the waitress we had ordered the £11.79 meal and she just brought us a bowl of coldslaw. We were very disappointed with the size of the meal and found it very poor value for money. Will not be returning.

Earlier this year it would have been a 5 star review but what decline.2 months ago we had pre booked a family of 6 for a lunch at 1330 hours only to be told on arrival the kitchen closes in 10 minutes ..no apology.
Tonight why wife and arrived at 1930 to be greeted by the kitchen closed I only have one chef..again no apology.Complete lack of customer focus?.so no more visits!!

Staff and food are usually spot on. We came for breakfast last week, and sadly, the queue for food was ridiculous. The hot food and pastries/bread etc had been put next to one another. People were waiting for toast, holding up the queue. At one point, it was nearly out of the door! Please separate these to allow shorter wait times.

Baked carvery, missing meat options & no Cauliflower!

Went for the carvery. Beef was very dry, chicken was ok and gammon very fatty. Roast potatoes left a lot to be desired as well but the rest of the veg and the stuffing balls was very nice. Reasonable value for money

Vegan menu could have been better, very few options. But the burger I had was fairly good, but there are vegan items on the menu that are not marked as vegan.
Atmosphere is what you make it.
Wheelchair accessibility to the table was good, booked ahead, lots of space to manoeuvre.
Disabled loo could have been a lot better, no issues with toilet
Hand wash sink was tiny, didn't like the hand soap, was slimy.
Hand dryer was difficult to use from a sitting position, constantly cutting out. All form and little substance.
Door couldn't lock.
And the red emergency cord was in the corner, thankfully I didn't need it as I would have had to reach around the toilet if I had fallen.
