Very rude telling me they are the pharmist they dont even know what tablets are for apparantley asprian & ivabradine are antiphsycotics they need to go back to med school asprin thins blood ivabradine heart med its a beta blocker in my experiance Jen is incompitant

I phoned the pharmacy this morning in a bit of a panic as my GP surgery was out of appointments by 8:04.
The pharmacist working, Waqar, was unbelievable. I had a few sensitive issues I was concerned about . He listened, had a tremendous about of empathy and addressed the concerns one by one.
I left there more content than I have any other GP appointment.
Thank you so much for your impeccable customer service. I am extremely grateful to you!

Went into Barry branch to buy diabetic shortbread biscuits for my wife, checked expiry dates all had passed their best before date by almost a month. I've tried three other branches in the last few weeks all had sold out.

They have a good range of items here but it's very understaffed, especially the pharmacy. I had to queue for 30 minutes today to collect a prescription.

Absolute nightmare to contact via telephone.

I've seen glaciers move faster than the queue for prescriptions, they should really have more staff, one to answer questions/deal with more in depth enquiries and one to just do straightforward tasks, apart from that it's ok.
