As soon as I walked through the doors I was welcomed by a very helpful member of staff named Paige. She was very accommodating and sorted my order instantly. Overall a 5/5 experience. Thanks!

Second bad experience with Angela that works here. Customer service is key which is something I'd say she isn't aware of.
When going to collect an order the first time she came over and didn't even say anything, just stood in front of me expecting me to automatically tell her the FT number and code. Was then very rude, no smile, no thank you. Then second time which was today, she was behind the desk so I walked over and she's got her little machine in her hand to put the order details in and again just expected me to tell her the FT number without her even saying a word. All that came out of her mouth was FT, then after an awkward silence she eventually said code. Got my item and she said nothing.
Honestly if you don't like a job, leave.
Not hard to be nice, I understand a one off but to happen twice with the same person says a lot.
Doesn't make it somewhere you want to use.
If you see this Angela, have a great day?and a smile once in a while wouldn't hurt you I'm sure.

The workers where horrible, they also smell bad smelt like it was a farm and the return policy over the years is shocking never using this overpriced stuff again-! The product came broken and I couldn't return it

Worst shop ever don?t go here all the workers have a right attitude, not helpful won?t see this store being open for much longer also can return the product because theirs no sticker (see you in court Argos ?) I?m getting my £300 back

I'm disappointed with Argos and they're return policy, it is shocking!!!
I purchased a pair of earrings for mi wife but did not realise from the website that they were for kids and on the website did not mention that whatsoever. I have tried to return them and they said that earrings are non returnable after purchase, again this is not mentioned on the website either.
I have had an argos card for almost a decade now but it's time to end that.
I will cancel my account and card as soon as my last purchase is paid.
I'm sorry but this quality of service is not good for customers. I'm sure Amazon will be happy to have an extra customer.

The store itself is cool and staff are great. But the stock... Nothing seems to be ever held in store, always a wait to get an item, you have to come back in three days. Never anything that is on offer available, have to go to bristol or Gloucester to get it. Kinda makes the store pointless... Nad management by the company.

Utterly poor service provided by the manager, Julie, with regards to a purchase made and it being of unsatisfactory quality. When attempting to excercise the rights afforded by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was told by Julie that she doesn't care what it says and doesn't care about them.
Do not bother trying to resolve any issues in-store and do not bother trying to use your legal rights, you'll be met with a rude and obnoxious attitude from a manager that doesn't care.
I have raised a complaint about this issue and trust it will be resolved.
Edit, 20.09.2024: After the submission of the complaint, the issue of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 not being respected has now been resolved.
I have received a full refund for my issue and I encourage any that are told that their rights do not matter that they utilise the complaints procedure. That way, your issue will be picked up by somebody that can and will assist you.
Thank you Collete for your timely response and for your assurance that the issue raised in my original complaint will be addressed with the manager of the Barry store.
