Can't recommend A B Car Sales enough. Their customer service is first class, nothing is to much trouble. All the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly.

Wouldn't spit on them if they were on fire. Purchased a car in July, within an hour and a half of driving away broke down. Diagnosed and needs £4000+ work done, finance company and broker tried to reason with them, ab Car sales lied through their teeth claiming they offered to help me and repair vehicle but I refused, meaning investigation closed and now going through financial ombudsman, trading standards and small claims court. You're extremely lucky if you've managed to buy a car from them with no issues but judging by the reviews, that seems rare. Avoid at all costs.Further to your response. Can you please evidence to me where I refused help for a £4000+ repair bill? I have everything on email and all my communications to you. Not once was I asked to return it. 6 times I contacted you asking for help, I was consistently told "we have to speak to the manager" I was not once not ever asked to return the car to be repaired. I only ever stated that I was 200miles away and the car could not be driven, I'm assuming that lead to your salesmen repeatedly telling me they needed to discuss with manager? Makes sense doesn't it.. but never heard back with ANY suggestion for help to which I also had to get trading standards involved to claim the money back. Why would you pay the bill if you reportedly "advised" me against the DPF clean? Again all of this is backed up. The DPF was cleaned twice, second time free of charge. It's after despite both times being successful it now appears it's the part that is faulty. Not just blocked but faulty. The job they done was fine. The part itself isn't. You didn't pay for a repair, you paid for a clean. You forget to mention the rest of the repairs it was sold to be needing, (again, ACE report specifically said it was sold to me with these faults) all of which diagnosed within 4 days of picking the car up? Back box hanging off, fire injectors blown, overpressurising of the crankcase. Quick to talk about the DPF cos it's The only thing you can attempt to blame on someone else. The ACE report showing the mileage was taken in October, at which point I had not driven since Moneybarn had not told me to drive since August (who received the same mileage number from myself at the beginning of the complaint) proving it was not being driven and not driven once since August. Try to save face all you like, I specifically kept papertrails, dates, emails, call logs and all the evidence. Dodgy dealers only have lies to rely on and you're the epitome of that statement

Would not recommend AB car sales, purchased a Fiat 500 from them less than a year ago, they informed me a new gear box had been installed before hand which was a lie, as just less than a year later I am having to replace the gear box and clutch. Also oil pump has to be changed, basically a shambles. I would avoid.

Purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 car and have had nothing problems. Firstly one of the turbo's packed up and then 3 months later the crank shaft had to be replaced, so virtually a new engine rebuild. AB Car Sales after sales were shocking and didn't want to know one the vehicle was driven off their forecourt. Never again!

Brilliant Service, took our Autistic Son to look at a potential first car for him. The guys at A&B were superb, left us alone and gave our son time to look at the car quietly. So impressed bought it straight away! Car had service and MOT before collection, they did find an issue with the Parking Sensors, kept us informed and although we could not collect on the agreed day this was fine as they did not want the car to leave until they were happy with it. Now that is great service. Once ready they even delivered it to us. Thank you guys.

Having completed a vehicle inspection an hour earlier and awaiting the report details on an oil leak - I attempted to discuss the details of the oil leak with a member of staff who snapped at me that I had just over an hour to make my mind up. I was at that stage keen to buy the car but due to the how rude and unhelpful the member of staff I thought better to lose the £200 I had spent on the vehicle inspection than have to deal with him further. Very disappointed.
