Very friendly staff, food was excellent. Took it to the beach to watch the sunset then returned to use their toilets, which they very kindly allowed.

terrible staff and workers. two young ladies looked from the age of 14-16 asked a young boy politely for 2 cups so they could get water, a ginger boy quite tall around the same age started screaming at the young girls telling them to get out and yelling all sorts of names i would rather not say on here. it is absolutely disgusting behaviour not to mention around all of the holidays makers/ locals of barmouth. i feel so sorry for them girls and that boy should be fired. you could see the other workers listening and looking and didn?t say a word. me and the family went in for some food but looking at it and after the behaviour of staff we went straight out of there.

Popped round here on a camping trip with the lads for some fish n chips. Food was pretty lovely, chips were done perfectly and the fish was great as well, although a bit soggy. Not much to say for the atmosphere, was a pretty simple place. Would still reccomend ?

The burger from this cafe was awful the bun was burnt and had nothing in it but a cold patty! good portion of chips for the price. Teenage Workers messing around and look bored to death and we?re play fighting. I ordered a slushy and the worker couldn?t tell me a single flavour of any slushy and didn?t even give me a lid or straw. The cafe was empty only one table full wander why? The teenage workers were left by themselves messing around whilst the adult workers sat on the sofa with drinks in there hand not noticing what is happening around them!

On a visit to Barmouth with my family we decided on a quick lunch at Carousal. We should have known better as there was only one table occupied. The service was quick which was surprising with two young girls looking half asleep, bored and couldn?t care less. The food was disgusting, chips were old and tired (like the girls), fish was just edible but most of it was left, pies were soggy and chicken nuggets were left. There was more food left than eaten. All in all, save your money.
