Telephone waiting times are absolutely diabolical.Once you get through the service is pretty straightforward but this Telephone waiting time has to be addressed.Also it switches your place in the queue from 2 to 3 then 4. Etc.1.45 hours and no joy.Stress caused by your GP telephone answering service.

Should be an option for 0 star. Absolute horrendous surgery, receptionist rude. My daughter was supposed to have her 1st jabs today, I had the double pram and was told to carry both my sleeping babies up because it didn’t fit in the lift, Pure rude. Appalling surgery, if you can get past the desk staff the doctors they have there are good! But the appointment system has to be the worst ever implemented in the country! It’s so bad I can’t even be bothered writing all the bad things! Trying to move somewhere else!
