Had lunch there today, the noodles were swimming in sticky sauce, so much so they had just become a lump of matter. Ingredients didn't taste fresh from what you could taste of the ingredients having been drenched in sauce. The whole box of noodles was over powered by the salty taste.
Service was no existence, the server ignored us entirely as he played right in front of us on his tablet for a good 5 mins without a signal word to acknowledge us.

The food taste burnt and horrible, over priced and I watched someone stand outside over a bin, chain smoking and touching the bin, to then walk into the shop, and go straight into the kitchen, without washing his hands, he then started preparing food WITH HIS BARE HANDS!! Disgusting place 100% never eating there again, be careful you may get sick.

The lone staff in the afternoon was rude and arrogant. Used to be me go to place in Bangor but not anymore.

Over priced and tasted bland. Ordered extras to go on top of my noodles, garlic etc and didn?t get them. had to add salt and loads of chilli flakes to add flavour. Sides were cold and dry. Could have made nicer myself. Very disappointed. Won?t be ordering again.

I have to drive 40 minuets to get here, I ordered 2 large egg noodles boxes With mixed veg and 2 sides . I have just arrived home and realised they haven't given me mixed veg in one of them - I know this might seem dramatic but I don't like it without veg so I've literally just had to put it in the bin. Please check your order before you leave here because they normally ALWAYS get it wrong. Literally ruined my night.

Service is always quite nice the food is excellent and it'd usually quick, however it is quite pricy.

Ordered tofu sweet and sour but was delivered a chicken sweet and sour. Bare in mind the order was already delayed by about 30 mins. When called the worker states ?they?re already closed? yet it was about 5 mins before closing time. He then proceeds to say he can?t hear what we?re saying and abruptly ends the call. When immediately called back he didn?t pick up. Very dodgy and poor customer service! I wont be ordering from here again!

I had great experience. The food was really nice and took care of allergies. I had udon noodles with sweet and sour sauce. This was the first time, so the staff helped me to order.

Food was lovely and the person serving was polite but wouldn?t recommend sitting in. I was originally planning on sitting in to have my food but I soon asked for a takeout bag as there was loads of fruit fillies flying around us and the tables hadn?t been cleaned. It wasn?t busy at all and would?ve taken less than a minute for a staff member to pick up a cloth and clean the area. This place has really gone down hill in recent years I?m disappointed.

Fascinating to watch them cook. They were busy and so we needed to wait a little but they were friendly. The food was delicious!

We had salt & pepper chicken with rice, teryaki chicken with noodles and veg (this was the tastiest) and tofu teryaki noodles. All of it was fresh, hot and tasty. You can can ask for extra sauce if required. The drinks selection were good and the place is clean as was the toilet. Really helpful, friendly staff and the offer of the day is good value. The small box is big enough for lunch or even dinner as the portions are bigger than they look! All in all a great place with really nice staff 5*
