Vision Express in the Deiniol Centre is the best shop in the town centre. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. They have the latest technology and procedures and a wide choice of frames and lenses.

I've only visited this store twice.
The first time was excellent, friendly and professional.
This time the manager was as nice as before but despite making an appointment they were too busy to attend to me. Once the assistant did she kept forcing the table into my chest because the machine was set so far back I couldn't reach it. When I tried to explain the assistant started shouting at me. She was loud abusive and very unhelpful.
I will not be returning.
