We tried every other hotel in North Wales but they were all full due to filing of The Witcher in the area. We came here last, at 2:30 a.m. and lovely India on reception found us a room. We were so grateful and so exhausted. The next day, reception was manned by Joanne, who was equally amazing and helpful in offering us advice on local places to visit. The only negative was that our room price was pretty high - presumably due to high demand for rooms in the area at this time for the aforementioned reason.

Resteraunt is dated, sticky, and grimey. Food is cold and expensive, and it is easier to buy a micro meal from tesco

Comfortable rooms with all the facilities you'd expect of a Premier Inn. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. Will definitely use this place again.
Rooms: Comfortable and spacious en suite rooms. TV and kettle as standard. Iron and ironing board on request.
Noteworthy details: Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff.

Staff were very attentive and also kind and patient to my toddler. Very large room and the shower had excellent water pressure as well.

Good clean room, great service, comfortable bed and good shower. Used as a base to visit different areas in north Wales. Good location only 10 mins from anglesea

Paid a little extra for a Plus room, well worth it! The room was fantastic and we loved having the air con, a mini fridge, luxury toiletries and coffee. Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Lady on reception provided an excellent service!

Rooms: Good rooms as any other Premier Inn
Food and drinks: Unhappy - restaurant closes at 9:00pm, bar closes at 10: 00pm. We'd arrived after a 6 hour journey just before 9: 00pm and had to get a takeaway

Currently 45mins waiting on my food ,that's the starter, best advice, would be just book a room get food elsewhere, as the staff and food is crap,

Was probably the worst premier inn we've ever stopped in and the most expensive too
Room smelt fusty
Pillow cases was dirty
And the bedding smelt as if it was left next to the extraction unit of the deep fat fryer
