Just popped into Bangor store after losing my wedding ring . Was seen by Daniel and Brook , absolutely amazing staff so friend and helpful ?helped me make my purchase quickly and put up with me moidering their heads . Would definitely recommend this shop ,staff are awesome ?

Have been to this Pandora store a few times and it's been a really positive experience. However, myself and my partner went here today (Saturday). It was quiet in store. We were just quietly having a look, but we're approached by 3 members of staff offering their assistance. I know this is what most stores do, and Pandora do do this to help customers. It's their job too. But it was so quiet in store today each member of staff saw us come in, be approached by 1 member of staff letter us know offers and if we need any help to give them a shout.. less than 2 minutes later another member of staff offered their assistance. And again, after being told the offers etc, another minute later we were approached by another member of staff. We told each member of staff we don't need help, we are just browsing, the third member of staff didn't leave and kept lingering asking questions about what we were shopping for.
We left the store straight after, I've never felt so uncomfortable while browsing items in a shop before.

Very poor customer service in store. Ordered items for click and collect and you have to wait for email to say they are ready. However, I as I was in the area I thought I would go in and ask if possible could they fulfil while I was there, the salesperson refused and said that she has to go through the orders on the system as they are so she couldn?t do mine yet! It makes me wonder what difference her doing mine while I was there would have made to her system ! Appalling customer service which has put me off ever shopping in the Bangor store again.

The young man who works here is absolutely amazing..I could not get my dogs new Pandora charms onto her collar..this young man went the extra mile and took time to put them on..so sorry I did not get his name... excellent customer service thank you so much, he was absolutely wonderful and a credit to the company.

Lovely young man helped me today. Was very patient and attentive while I was choosing a ring for myself. Showed me lots of different options and gave me advice on which rings were good for daily wear or stacking. Great experience ?
