Awful customer service. Tried to sell my 80 year old granny a credit card without telling her what it was. Should never sell to someone who is vulnerable like that. Then the sales assistant put her hand up to my face when we tried to stop her because we didn?t want it. Horrible horrible people. Never go there go somewhere else

My trip on Saturday was a disappointment. I was returning trousers on behalf of a 91 year old lady who had purchased them in the Llandudno store. I was told that it was not possible to have a refund due to the fact they didn't sell these particular trousers even though this lady was told in Llandudno that it was OK to do so. Very poor customer service.

The continuing issue with the lift to the car park being inoperative, is really inconvenient. The only access is via two sets of concrete stairs which are dangerous, really filthy, unhygienic and not in keeping with the M&S image of excellence and cleanliness. Today they were flooded with rain water! Myself and wife have mobility issues and find the struggle from the store to car parking problematic to the point of avoiding shopping there altogether. Just how long does it take to repair a lift: clearly not one of M&S's priorities.

This morning, we decided to do our annual Christmas food shop just before 8:30. We?ve previously never had a problem however this morning has completely changed our views! On arrival the car park was filthy it has never been cleaned which is always a disappointment as it?s not the place I want to load my shopping. We entered the shop in a festive mood of cheer which was immediately shut down my the moodiest, old shoppers you could come across. The staff were working hard at that time in the morning however If you want to keep a smile on your face i recommend you don?t go here!!

Purchased a best ever macaroni cheese but I am not pleased. The macaroni was tough, more like penne, and the contents were too dry. I will not buy this product again.

Purchased two tops from Llandudno branch on the 11th of April but found them to be unsuitable so I took them back to my local store in Bangor, Gwynedd on the 12th of April only to be told that they could not give me a refund and I would have to take them back to Llandudno, not happy to say the least ?

lovely staff amazing stuff BUT YOUR MADE WITHOUT WHEAT STUFF IS VANISHING AND NOT BEING RESTOCKED. its ok though as the vEgans can now have a better choice whilst those with coelic are basically back to finding other shops again that stocked the things you used to do like spring rolls

Purchased Malted Wheats. Thought they were a great buy. Wrong when I opened them there was a strip of solidified mass amongst them. Looks as though a big blob of the ingredients had united into a string which did not look appetising. Flakes when I added milk became a sodden mass. No texture. Sorry M&S this packet did nothing to the fact that you are so well known for food quality, Will be going back to my old brand. Reminded me of some undesirable in the garden.
