Booked in late last night to have my air con recharged (6 years since I got the car and have been without air con since then!). The booking system was simple to use and it was useful to be able to pay ahead of time.
I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by one of the mechanics who knew straight away what my car was in for, he advised me the work would take 30-45 minutes so I went for a stroll. I came back 30 minutes later and the car was ready and the mechanic showed me the air con was now working (woohoo!). Fantastic service, thank you very much.

Recently took our car in for an MOT and they failed it on a bulb not working. When presented with the failed certificate asked if they sold a bulb I could purchase (apparently they did not, wall to the right had several bulbs on). If they had checked properly they would have seen it was just a broken bulb and not some tricky technical fault and it would have been resolved there and then. Do not recommend.

Had wheel alignment checked and adjusted, no dramas, good result. The before and after print out that the hardware used by Kwik Fit generates is always of interest to me. Incidently, the mechanic who carried out the work is a total doppelganger of the English PDC darts player Connor Scutt.

Thanks to Mark for sorting out my loose wheel this morning! Really welcoming and friendly staff, top service as you?d expect from a KwikFit centre. Had a blowout and they managed to get me back on the road to get home in time for Easter- legends!

I had a tyre TPMS sensor valve replaced today and, once again, received an excellent service from Kevin and his team. Always friendly, helpful and straightforward in communication, it's a real pleasure dealing with you guys. I have been using KwikFit Bangor for many years and will be looking forward to many more. Had a burst tyre and wanted the job done the same day managed to get it booked in and sorted within the day.
Job was estimated to be 45 mins but only took 30 which was great.
Only loses a star based on the lack of student friendly options.
Mechanic who sorted the car out was nice and explained what went wrong and what he?s done as well as recommend an alignment for the future so he didn?t hassle me to get it done asap really nice service.
