Staff were rude and seemed like they couldn?t be bothered to help. I ordered in store and my pizza (a small pepperoni) took half an hour to make. They are obviously short staffed and this is the consequence.

Dude on the phone picked up my call, so it clearly went through, but wouldn?t deliver because my phone number is international despite clear instruction details on delivering to student housing that houses international students. Never had issues with delivery from other companies, and then refused to issue a refund despite him saying he?s not delivering it because he believes my contact details are false.

I ordered here pizza staff is very rude because i took order at closing time he angry on me and I think he had no interest in job because he dnt took my order properly and angry on me so please avoid these types of staff.

I made a mistake and ordered it to the wrong Domino's and they were so lovely and sorted it out. They could have easily just said it was my fault so I have to pay again but they resolved the issue without question. I really appreciate it. ?

Ordered and then rang because it said it delivered food when it hadn?t rang them said they were closed and then said the food wasn?t combining 62 ponds worth of food!!! And it?s not been delivered even though it says it has staff have been hanging up on us absolute disgusting service!!! Would not recommend you order from them ever as the staff are rude and absolutely disgusting!!! Wish I could give this 0 star

Terrible customer service!
Ordered a take away pizza and this is multiple times where the driver can?t be bothered to get out of the car considering the price that is being charged this is the least that should be done!
In the past had no issues drivers were nice and polite recently drivers have just shoved the food in my hand from a window and driven off.
This branch?s standards have dropped and when I call management they are rude and dismissive I won?t be ordering with dominoes again and recommend people don?t either. There are plenty of better priced local places that deliver with higher standards and professional customer service.

Hi there, so I?m only reviewing as this is the second time this has happened to me. Straight after eating the pizza I have been throwing up all night - seeing bits of pizza toppings in the vomit. ? and I have a very bad stomach. On both occasions I came in to collect but this time I was observing the staff and the food and I can say there is no/very little hand washing going on, food being left on end of oven for too long and not being boxed up, and the manager on shift on his phone, ignoring what makeline staff are doing. I believe this food poisoning has happened due to 2-3 different reasons. 1) Your staff don?t wash their hands thoroughly enough/or enough times. 2) Cross contamination of food with some other bacteria 3) Out of Date food.
This is quite revolting to me as you choose the house names so that you know what you expect, and also you think it?s good quality. But this has proven Dominos are losing the standards now!
