I had great service from one of the employees, Rachel, who was amazingly helpful. I had been wanting to get a particluar plush ( a frog with a mushroom on its head). She helped me find the exact one I was looking for after I couldn't find it as well as 2 other plushies which I fell in love with. Great service and amazing help, she really made my week.

Had my nose pierced here recently and was really worried about pain. The Manager, Catherine was very helpful and informative!! She made me feel so at ease I had no need to worry it was fine!! Thank you!!

My daughter had her second ear pearcings . Really good service, clean and good after care explanation. The only down side is that pearcings were advertised as 'free' but were not. Paid £45 for plain tiny earrings.

Not my most favourite shop but my daughter LOVES THE SHOP.Quite small with little room to move around, especially if their are 1-2others in their at the same time.Good selection of items, GREAT when they have a sale on but a little pricey when their isnt.Mad really as its aimed towards girls age 7yrs plus in my opinion but not really affordable for kids to spend their pocket money in

Felt like I committed a major crime when I had to return items and asked for a refund of 15 quid. Done. but veeery unwillingly. Might've been just a bad day, they're usually very friendly. But that was quite a show ?
