Not the best Nero I?ve ever visited. Store looks tired. Dirty inside. Dead flies in the windows. Grime. Toilet filthy and broken hand dryer. Could do better!

The worst experience I have ever experienced the way the she made coffee and behave was unexpected I clearly asked her for the sweet coffee she made me unsweetened and for the second time I asked her for the sweet coffee again she served me the awful one she was very rude. I don?t think anyone come there after seeing that kind of customer service behavior?..

The two girls working in the café were more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. They were too busy chatting they had no time to clear the tables. It was messy!

We visited this place several times over multiple days while thru-hiking Snowdonia and northern Wales. There are a lot of outlets for charging and the cozy atmosphere of the cafe makes for a perfect respite during inevitably rainy Welsh days.
On one of our days here, an elderly woman fell and became slightly injured. The staff helped her and was generally quite kind and accommodating. The real hero here though, deserves to be lauded publicly, though I do not know her name and doubt she will see this. One of the patrons, a young woman, helped the elderly woman, talked with her until she felt herself recovered enough to part, and sat with her for a significant amount of time. I realize this has nothing to do with the cafe, but felt her efforts and kindness needed to be memorialized somewhere.

Just received an Uber order where a large part of the meal was missed, I rang up to arrange collecting the missing items and spoke to a lovely member of staff. They had it ready for me very quickly and gave me a card for a free drink to redeem whenever. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received and would urge people to try this branch.
