Had Quickstep Balance LVT and carpet in our new home and the service from start to finish was brilliant. We had to stagger the fitting of the carpets and it was no bother. The fitters were also fantastic and did a brilliant job. Brian and his staff in the shop know exactly what they?re talking about and I highly recommend buying from here ??

The carpet quality is what you'd expect from any carpet supplier. The prices are quite reasonable and the sales staff are very amenable and then it is when you get to the next aspect the service falls apart. Fitting! The first attempt was abysmal with ripples in the middle of one room and 5 areas where the carpet was at least 5mm from the skirting, in the other room the carpet was left damaged by the stretcher - both scarred and with threads ripped out. Went in to complain and they sent the same fitter out. NO apologies and then he proceeded further stretch and nail the carpet down - won't be going there again

The latest comments are unfair admittedly the first part of the report was accurate . Granted we did not go back but we were under no obligation to do the Bathroom as the fitting charge was not included.

Smelt Damp in there, arranged appointment for a quote, but the Person that come out to see us well certainly wasn't full of enthusiasm about his work. Went elsewhere for the Flooring. Shame because the Original Sales Person was so Friendly and Helpful
