Rowlands Pharmacy Bala, is staffed and run by a very efficient, warm and friendly team, who go out of there way to offer assistance, help and advice. Lovely people and great service.

The lady on the counter (think she was called Adele) was very nice and helpful.However, I?d recommend that the gentleman,that I believe to be the pharmacist, needs some lessons in customers service. Just because you have a rather captive audience doesn?t mean you can be rude to anyone that walks into your store looking for help and advice.
