“We stayed here for a last minute one night break at the end of February. The suite we had was of a high standard, we did have a slight issue with hot water however this was resolved quickly and the GM put things right as soon as they possibly could.We dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the following morning. Food was all of a high standard and the general feel of the hotel is luxurious. Will definitely return and hopefully for a longer stay next time!”

“Nice pub in the Centre of Bala. We went in to watch the England game and it was busy but got a table and ordered drinks and crisps. It was very reasonably priced. We asked about ordering dinner and they advised that they weren't serving food but we could get food from outside and bring it in for the game. Staff were very friendly when we spoke to them and it is very dog friendly!”
