I had high hopes for this place, but it was a huge letdown. The food was bland and totally lacked the rich flavors you?d expect from Italian cuisine. My pasta was overcooked and drowned in a watery sauce, and the ?garlic bread? tasted like plain toast. Service was painfully slow, even though the restaurant wasn?t busy, and the staff seemed disinterested. Not worth the price at all. Definitely not coming back

Every bit of food is made from scratch and you can tell, it's one of the nicest places I've eaten for a while, the lovely waitress was very accommodating and kind to us on a very stressful and hot day. 10/10

Ordered pizza and spaghetti for takeout. Quoted 15 minutes, waited an hour. Unacceptable delay. Food was just okay. Would not have ordered if I knew the true wait time.

We weren't expecting a brilliant time but the food and the service by both attendants was out class. Me and my partner visited Bala over Christmas and found it to be a deserted town so we didn't have high expectations but the pastors and pizza's at the restaurant were some of the best we've had. Definitely recommend a visit if you are in Bala. The best part is that their chicken and beef were halal as well. So suitable for Muslims

The restaurant is lovely and the staff were very attentive and got things done as quick as possible even though they did seem a bit short staffed especially as we were a party of 13 and there were other full tables so well done to the lad and lady who were serving us. I did unfortunately have very slight problems with the food, the garlic dough balls (which was my starter) were cooked to perfection, soft and warm on the inside and a bit crisp on the outside, the dough they use here is yummy and VERY filling. Sadly the doughy balls had a lack in the garlic department, a little side pot of garlic butter included would have been perfect in this dish. I had their Yankee (pepperoni) pizza and the toppings and sauce were fantastic but the base had more to be desired, waayyy too thick and not enough crunch underneath, it was like eating a very wide bread roll which im usually not opposed to but after a round of dough balls i didnt expcet such a thicc pizza from an italian restaurant. The kitchen obviously doesn't have a pizza oven due to the size of the place so has to do deep pan pizza, I would recommend instead of doing such a thick base, do a Chicago style pizza, make the base a bit thinner, a generous layer of that really good cheese on top of that and some of that amazing tomato sauce with toppings to top that all off and make sure to get a crisp base and you'll have an absolutely fantastic pizza going. Would love to see these amazing ingredients you're using put to better use :)

Absolutely loved this place. Delicious pizza, and the best part is the amazing staff; the waiting on staff were wonderful; efficient, professional and so friendly and warm. The owner also served our food and is clearly a very lovely person; kind to his staff and so welcoming. The Palestinian flags made us choose this place and we were so glad we did :)

Let's start on a positive. The waiter welcomed us, quickly seated us and took our drink order. He was friendly and polite. He was working alone and welcomed all of the customers in the same timely and friendly manner. The venue is lovely and on appearance we assumed it was going to be good.
What a shame then, that this restaurant uses pre made bases for their pizzas. The toppings were fine but the perfectly shaped, very plain bases really let it down. It was fairly cheap, but such a simple change could make this a place to recommend.

What a weird experience. Walked in and asked if they were serving. Lovely young girl said they were. Ordered food and drinks. Then person who I presume was owner manager had a go at young waitress and proceed to put a bar on front entrance / fire escape! Several people tried to get in, but couldn't . Then a couple tried vua takeaway and bar was removed so they could get in. Owner then put bar back again. More people tried and couldn't get in. Then they let one more couple in. Food was good to average. Only like cash, but paid with card. Had to remove bar to get out. Felt uncomfortable and weird. Wouldn't go back, wouldn't recommend.

Went with a group of friends. Service was excellent. Delicious food, especially the spaghetti Bolognese. Good sized portions.
