My wife and I love this place and often come here for breakfast. The staff are always friendly and their toast is the best, lovely and crispy, with Welsh butter. We?re bringing friends here with us tomorrow for breakfast and are thoroughly looking forward to it.

Visited the restaurant for lunch last week with two of my sons. The service was very slow and the food was poor quality. Some options weren't available but no reason given for that. It took well over half an hour for our food to arrive which clearly had not been prepared from scratch. Weirdly, the pie came with chips, peas and gravy.... and salad. Never seen salad and gravy before and don't really want to see it again.
It felt very expensive for the quality of food and the service. Won't be returning.
Vegetarian options: Not many to choose from and no vegan options.

I visited with family today and had the worse experience ever. We chose what we wanted and went up to order to be told ?oh we don?t do that shouldn?t even be on the menu? so we chose something else and they didn?t have that either. The attitude of the staff was just horrendous I felt as though I wasn?t wanted there. The food is not worth the money. We all left over half of our meal as it was so awful. I would stay well clear!

We thought we'd grab a quick lunch here as we wanted to take a look around the bathroom displays. What a mistake! I thought you couldn't go wrong with a jacket potato, unfortunately what I received was a really old sprouted potato (see picture!). I sent it back and did receive a refund (although we had to go over to the customer service desk and to the back of the long queue to do this). Won't be going back and I would avoid eating here as who knows what other old ingredients they are hiding in the kitchen.

Met some friends at the restaurant for afternoon coffee and was greeted by a great selection of cakes... something for everyone! The restaurant was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and also mentioned about the leekes loyalty card, great free coffee for next time. How did we not know about this! We will definitely be back.

I had a lovely meal for lunch at the cafe yesterday, served by some lovely staff at very reasonable prices. Thank you very much, would definitely recommend. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great selection of food on offer but I opted for the breakfast, which was lovely. Staff very helpful and greeted me with a smile. Will be sure to visit for some food again. 5*

Haven?t been to Leekes at the cafe for sometime ,normally in a rush. Will definitely be calling there again what a lovely lady named Jane ( and I only know this as I asked her for it) as I don?t normally leave reviews either ,but had to for this lovely ,friendly lady she was so helpful in helping me with what to order she really knew her stuff on the products she was selling which is very refreshing to see . Thanks again Jane see you very soon

Awesome breakfast! The staff are very friendly and extremely welcoming. Jane assisted us, was super friendly chatting to my husband like an old friend. I would highly recommend!! Thank you for a very lovely breakfast!

A lovely cafe with friendly efficient staff, special mention for Jane very helpful and patient, helped with our choices for lunch. the meal was well presented and tasty. This is a place I will visit again.
