Highly recommend and we received excellent service from first visit and found Mr Lewis really helpful and knowledgeable. We could take samples home and when we placed our order for 3 carpets we could have them fitted within a few weeks. Alec the fitter was superb, moved all furniture and did a great job over 2 days. It was great to support a local business and can't speak highly enough of customer service

Third time of using you having had another bedroom done and vinyl flooring laid in a large bathroom previously.Quick and efficient service, so good to see a local business offering such great customer service!! Fabulous service! In a world where everything takes 12w weeks, we called into The Carpet Centre in Shoppers World on Friday, Mr Lewis was out to measure on Saturday, Alec called us to say he'd fit our carpet on Wednesday and by 230pm on Weds it was all done and dusted! Fitting is perfect, lovely people. Thankyou for making it all so easy!

Totally a waste of time. This guy let me down 2 days in a row. Promised to turn up no sign of the guy also no call or text to explain why just a waste of my time. This guy should have just said from the beginning he couldn't take the job on so I could have arranged someone else to get the job done. totally unprofessional!
