Awful customer service, left waiting by the till for 5 minutes waiting to order an iced coffee. One staff member walked past me twice without even looking at me, then when staff member turned up she started serving people waiting for food that came after me. Then Jess came to the till and I asked for an iced coffee which she said they didn?t have!!! Absolutely awful!!

Nothing wrong with the cafe but the lift has been out of action for months so the cafe is inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair or who needs mobility support. Which is unacceptable.

I usually only go into the cafe for a coffee. However, by my limited experience and its reputation, the food is very good and well presented.
The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful, and you are always greeted with a smile. Excellent service. The menue is pretty good by supermarket standards.
The only criticism that can be levelled concerns the frequency with which the lift is out of action (over the past few months anyway). It must put off some less able customers.

Been 3 times recently looking for a cooked breakfast, apparently served ?all day?. They are as the staff decide to stop cooking whenever they feel like it which is as early as possible. Twice told only cakes and coffee, and today arrived at 14:30, 90 mins before closing to be told toasties only. Had a toastie which wasn?t toasted, just a big warm, floppy mess of a sandwich. Disgusting. All served with a side of attitude from the older female staff member. Useless cafe.

All they offered was a Toastie. It was un-toasted bread with ham on top, another un-toasted piece of bread with cheese melted on top? bunged together. Order took 20 minutes? Cost £7.50
Happy, not at all.

Food was nice and wasn?t left to wait too long for it. Only issue is one member of staff don?t know her name she was very rude for no reason not helpful at all. She wasn?t very polite causing problems no reason and over charging for a small meal. When I politely went up to her and asked her she kicked off and asked another member of staff to sort it out. lovely food but unfortunately just that one member of staff was very rude she shouldn?t be allowed a job!
