The Eastern European woman serving here has a very bad attitude and really needs some customer service training.I used to stop here quite regularly but will avoid from now on.

I would not recommend this garage My daughter paid 6,000 for a car from this place. They said they would mot and do the brakes which they didn't do. She has nothing but trouble since. We have been back 3 times which is over an hours journey. They were supposed to mend the rear passenger seat as ithad something wrong with it. Do the brakes, We left it with them then had a call each time saying car was ready. The faults had not been rectified. We also found out that we had no manual . This week my daughter had trouble with starting the car, she charged the battery which was fine but today she had the same problem she went to local garage and it turned out she has a Rolls Royce battery. That is after just having to pay a 900 pound garage bill to get through its first mot since having the car. Also we haven't received the log book which the sales man filled out all paperwork for us. Don't know what's happening at this garage wish we had never stepped foot in it. All having this car has done ifor my daughter is caused he hassle after hassle. spending thousands on bills to keep on the road. I am sure it has been in an accident and should of been written off.
