I recently contacted Dragon carpets to carpet and vinyl a full house prior to my Mother moving in.What a service they provided. Absolutely first class, it was an out of the area move so the logistics in itself was hard as with her age. However we moved in on the day of completion to find the house fully carpeted and vinyl were requested. What a fantastic job they did, the price was economical and the service first class. We honestly can?t recommend Dragon Carpets highly enough.They?re a family run business we found easier to deal with than the big impersonal retail park companies. There?s no hard sell and Dave actually listens and offers solutions to achieve the end goal.The fitters managed to bring the carpet in despite an awkward turn in the attic stairs without so much as a mark or scuff to the walls. Absolutely first class treatment from owner David & sister. Lovely people, make you feel like a valued customer from start to finish.David did a home visit and I felt that he really heard my wishes and concerns and wasn't just giving me a sales pitch.I had L-shaped living room and stairs/hallway done.The current carpet layers were also lovely lads - friendly, tidy, helpful, curteous, and informative.Super happy with service. Wouldn't go elsewhere now.

We are very happy with both the bedroom carpets we had fitted. Forget the big chain shops you will not get the same sort of care and amazing customer service that David offers. Must also credit Andrew for fitting them so professionally. They both make you feel valued as customers. A rarity these days.
