Rubbish company. No confidentiality. carers in and out of calls within minutes when should be in the call longer. Wouldnt recommend working here ?

My Nanna is cared for at Ty Twyn Teg Care Home and I have nothing but good things to say about her carers and staff working there. These are intelligent, caring, chronically underfunded and underpaid professionals who do nothing but the best for their patients with the resources they are given and I am grateful.

My Dad receives brilliant care from the carers from Crosshands. I cant fault them. I would like to thank Rachel, Lyndsey and Nicola in particular who look after my Dad Clive on a regular basis. Thank you/Diolch?

After 5 years providing care for a family member, to be told the day of discharge from hospital we have allocated the calls to another service user I am appalled. They said they rung but not the next of kin to inform them as they are not obliged to do so. Absolutely shocking
