Highly impressed with The Cottage Inn. Food was high quality and affordable, lovely atmosphere, friendly and competent staff. Couldn't believe it wasn't busier at Sunday lunch!

Good but please update the bathrooms. On a Saturday night out the ladies usually has no toilet paper, stall doors are a bit dodgy, don?t flush properly and the tap is rubbish. Other than that it?s a fine pub

Had a meal here on Saturday & the food was lovely tbf, there were 4 of us and we all enjoyed it. I will say though, we wern't offered desert after we?d eaten our mains, as we waited a fair time, we just paid & went. But all in all the food was great ?

Came back here after years of not visiting Ammanford (used to live here). Can?t believe the ladies toilets still haven?t been changed/fixed, still in a dingy state and locks/toilet seats broken.Good atmosphere in the evenings, gets very busy. Music is loud, not for everyone.

Strangely, having booked a table, when we arrived the waitress proceeded to ask people sat at a table to move so that we could sit there. We sat down at the newly vacated sticky table. We felt a bit awkward, feeling them watching us after that. Generally, the meal was ok apart from my pie being ice cold in the middle. I sent it back and received a fresh hot meal, however, by the time it arrived the rest of my family had finished theirs. It is a town centre pub and we should have expected a degree of noise but this was something else. Everyone shouting to be heard over the people next to them who were in turn shouting. I don?t think we will be going again.
