Fantastic cinema and amazing staff who are volunteers - so even more credit to them. Great to see independent cinemas surviving in current climate. Sound system in screen one is awesome. Whats not to like?

Went there as its my closest cinema (I'm in seven sisters) and its independent. Loved it from the second I walked in! Very quaint, old school and the staff were nice as well! Only just found out the staff are volunteers which is awesome as well. Will go there now forever!Prices were amazing. Brilliant experience 10/10

Extremely good value for money and a valuable historical facility to have in the community. Also overpriced confectionery is not in your face as you enter, so you can avoid having to spend £15/child if you take the family.

This is by far my favourite cinema! I used to go here as a child with my parents, and now I take my children. They love it here. The volunteers are TRULY amazing! I went to a special screening of the last star wars film release where there were 3 films back to back. They arranged a bunch of storm trooper to patrol the cinema after the first film! It was an amazing touch as I'm a big star wars geek! Can't recommend it enough! I have so many fond memories here!!

Came to this cinema on the off chance and was pleasantly surprised by its charm and intimate setting with fewer than 50 seats in screen 2 it was perfect for me.It felt like being in a mates private cinema and with enough of your closest friends you could have the place to yourself or even a kids party.I'll definitely be coming here again and would rather come here now to help support local communities.

Cinema with two screens. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Tickets and food aren't expensive.

I love this place - maybe because of the nostalgia but they show current films, have a great staff, and ice-cream coming round at the interval. A little shop selling all good things you need to watch the film Good prices on the tickets as well. What's not to like!

v good. that irts kept going. since the 1930s ? although they should put a choice of more films for kids on around 4pm 4.30 after school ! it would benifit them financially ? and the community ! especially on rainy days !no. hot dogs there ? shame !
