They do not even deserve 1 star but its the lowest google would allow! Extremely rude, obnoxious and totally unhelpful. I requested what i wanted which was heavy and had it dumped on the floor by shop door, no offer to put it in car for me. I struggled to carry it and in fact dropped the box twice and still no offer of any help! He spent the whole time telling me to move my car as he was more interested in loading a lorry! considering the yard is tiny, i couldn't park anywhere. AVOID go to a "PROPER" BUILDERS YARD" not these cowboys!

Will surprise you with their great selection of stock, they are very competitive on prices and end up cheaper than the bigger builder merchants. They also offer delivery which is really helpful, Welsh speaking and a family business. Keep up the good work BBS.

I have used this company for over 20 years, always very competitive on their prices and always willing to help out short notice deliveries. Would not use anyone else.
