Keep well away from this place was spoken to like something on someone's shoe.Also, lost 3 days' pay as was being messed around, and then they refused to take the car.Everything was listed in the online quote, and they still bib on it!!very unprofessional

The car collection and scrap metal company ARL claim "no job to be too big or small" however collecting an end of life vehicle with scrap metal inside was apparently too difficult to achieve. After two drivers came to the address on seperate occasions - with one not even getting out of his truck; they still couldn't manage to collect the vehicle as arranged which resulted in weeks of wasted time for everyone involved. One call to Tanygroes Car Dismantlers and the same car with the same scrap metal inside was successfully collected the very next day with no problems at all. After calling the office with this feedback the customer service recieved was most definitely not friendly OR helpful which is what prompted me to leave this honest review. Would not recommend this company or trust their self written words of being an expert or reliable organisation.

Fantastic service from start to finish, the driver was lovely and even phoned when he was on the way and arrived within the specified time slot. Car was taken away quickly and payment in my account less than 2 hours after collection. Highly recommend this company, amazing ??

Had to say goodbye to my Ford Focus I loved ? and spent a lot of money on in parts was an amazing 17 year old motor that ran like a watch but this service is good at least I got something back and the driver who picked it up was a good bloke money was in my account straight away . Would recommend ? but really p off the car gone to scrap . Thanks for that Touts mot . ?
