Fantastic coffee. No idea how it tastes so good considering I didn't want sugar.
Very generous portions for very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and helpful and you get 2 cups of coffee with breakfast (not that I could fit any more in).

Great place to chill after a few days of hectic piracy out on the ocean waves. This place is an authentic local cafe and has none of the feigned friendliness of a chain such as Starbucks and nobody objects when I walk in smelling of freshly gutted mackerel. The food is excellent and very well priced. Recommended for those who want to experience local life and have a chat and gossip - tourists should go elsewhere if they cant cope with reality.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately we arrived when most of the specials had been removed for the day. Would be happy to try again another time.

Lovely cafe. Came here today, a Friday in November whilst holidaying in Anglesey. Amazed by the choice and also the cost of the meals. We had 2 breakfasts. A Welsh breakfast and a veggie one, both cane with 2 teas and bread and butter, plus what is pictured. Total cost £14.90. Great value for so much tasty food. If we lived nearer, we would return. Friendly service.

Caffi Pen y Dref Cafe, Dinorben Sq, Amlwch, Anglesey, LL68 9ET
If you don't need crushed avocado and shakshuka on ciabbata then this is the cafe for you.
Amazin traditional no frills tasty cooking and at very reasonable prices and with wonderfully friendly staff.
I had the full Welsh breakfast @ £7.95 which included 2 big mugs of coffee, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, black pudding, white pudding, fried bread, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and 2 thick rounds of amply buttered toast. We sat in an outer porch where dog treats and lots of fuss was included.
All sooooo good we went back again the next day! ??????
RECOMMENDED.
