I recently booked a quick city break to Berlin. Wunderbar would be putting it lightly. The travel agent, Emma; was helpful, informative, and extremely considerate to our needs. I have always booked my holidays with TUI online.In 2022 I decided to book my holiday to Lanzarote in the Aberystwyth shop.I booked with a young lady named Zoe.I found Zoe to be very professional,efficient,honest and very reliable in my dealings with her in organising the holiday.I was so pleased with the service I received from Zoe that I booked my holiday in 2023 to Egypt with her again and received excellent service.I would like to add that I found all the staff at the Aberystwyth shop very helpful and a credit to TUI

Booked our honeymoon to the Maldives with Karen at tui Aberystwyth.Fantastic service, she wasn?t trying to push something on us that we didn?t want, she gave us exactly what we wanted and couldn?t have been happier.
