I regularly order from Travis Perkins, all the guys there are great, really helpful and professional.I had a minor issue with my last order where the wrong material was sent in error.It had been a few weeks, i only noticed when i went to use it.I messaged Travis Perkins, Aberystwyth, just to let them know. As it had been a while ago, i just wanted to make them aware. I didn?t expect anything.But the guys actually brought the correct stuff over for me the same day!Thank you very much to Rhys and the team at our Aber branch. Much appreciated.

Very poor service. The 2 lads were too busy joking around instead of serving. Found the majority of things way over priced.

Really helpful staff including one of their lorry drivers who told me he wasn't from this branch but would help me find where the timber I needed was located, and he did. Would recommend.

I made my order online and then a month later I had to phone them 3 times to get it actually delivered. They didn't answer the first two calls I made and they ignored my messages. When I finally got through they were abrupt, quite rude and didn't apologize for the delay in my order. The items were fine though, hence the two stars. My advice, go to Mount Trading instead

Extremely helpful staff. Moved my order around to get me the optimum items at the best price. Delivered when they said it would be and the delivery man helped us unload. Very satisfied.
