Stunning accomodation in Aberystwyth. Amazingly clean, very comfortable bed, top notch TV with remote, wifi, lovely bathroom, fluffy towels, very generous welcome pack, generous well stocked kitchen/breakfast room. Automated self check in that worked perfectly with prompt text messaging from Donna ensuring that all was OK. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Aberystwyth. Thank you very much.
Rooms: We stayed in a large double room. Huge bed, very comfortable. Lovely pressed linen, large TV with remote. Tea & coffee facilities in room, very nice ensuite with excellent shower, 2 sinks. Everything spotless.
Walkability: Set only a couple of streets back from the promenade. 5 minute walk- perfect distance.

If you want a place to base yourself whilst visiting Aberystwyth and the surrounding areas, then I would highly recommend Townhouse No.1. The rooms are spacious, comfy, and clean. The self-service kitchen area is always well stocked and makes the place feel like a homely B&B rather than a hotel. Parking can be a struggle, but there is a public car park at the end of North Road that is fairly cheap and only a five minute walk away.

Loved, loved, loved my stay here! From the moment you walk through the door, you feel at home. The rooms are finished with pure elegance and sophistication.
The bed is divine. Even though I was keen to be exploring the local sites, I had to have a lie-in. When you are up, you can make a cup of coffee with the Tassimo machine. Or grab a light breakfast in the kitchen ? toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and a selection of cheese, biscuits and cakes, alongside bottled juice, pop and water.
The beautiful power shower had White Stuff toiletries and there were big fluffy towels.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the town centre and Promenade. There is free parking on the streets around the building.

What a lovely place! Our two night stay was very comfortable, the room had everything than you could wish for and more - everything refurbished to a very high standard. Super windows so no noise from outside, generous breakfast provisions for self service. Can't recommend highly enough. Just booked a second stay for our next visit to Aber!
Walkability: Super location, very close to promenade, restaurants, good parking, university.

Just returned from Townhouse No 1 and was blown away by the quality and the service. The rooms were top notch and I really appreciated the small finishing touches. Also loved the communal kitchen which meant we could have breakfast whenever we wanted and also had lots of snacks and drinks for the day

What a beautiful, newly renovated property. It has been renovated modernly to a high standard. Our stay was just perfect. The flat was modern, clean and had everything we needed for an overnight family stay. We didn?t even need to visit a shop for overnight basics as we are greeted by some delicious local treats. The fridge/cupboard was also stocked with milk, butter, good quality coffee, bread?.
The bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and had a plentiful supply of gorgeous toiletries for us.
Check in was easy. Location was perfectly central.
