Would not return deposit to my daughter and her student flatmates. So going toi the deposit scheme to get these scum landlords to pay up. Update after response from Philip Evans . My daughter and her flatmates found it hard to clean the flat especially after you turned the electric off . So no hot water no hoover. You really give the profession a bad name , exploiting young girls . Making false invoices . Lying about the condition of the flat. Notice that you didn't mention the mould was that their fault as well .

Highly recommend using Philip Evans Estates! Bethan and the team looked after my property for 3 years and did a superb job! The property was always kept in fanatic condition internally and externally with regular checks. They consistently communicated back to me in the event of an issue / breakdown, and the team was always there within a couple of hours to rectify. Any work carried out to the property was always to a high standard by the team of experts and at a very competitive price every time . I won?t hesitate to use Philip Evans Estates when I buy again in the area.

I rented on and off for about 10 years with Philip Evans as a student and professional, with them being excellent every time. The staff are lovely and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to live in Aberystwyth.

The staff at Philip Evans are very helpful and patient. My wife and I moved to Aberystwyth from abroad and had many questions, which they answered promptly. The market is extremely challenging for those looking to rent, but Philip Evans staff accommodated us by adding us to showings already scheduled and helping us to find available apartments that met our needs. I could not be more pleased with the service they gave us and the welcome they extended to us moving into the community.

I have rented two flats through Philips Evans real estate. Both times they did their best and succeeded to meet all my demands . They were always there to help me with any issue I had, they resolved every time any problem I faced with the flats. They contact their business professionally, honor their word and at the same time they show understanding and kindness. Both times they have returned my deposit and they have helped me in numerous ways although they didn?t really have to. Lovely estate agents! Rented with them for almost 2 yrs before moving out of the area and they have always been good at responding to any problems or queries promptly as much as possible and have been friendly when we've spoken.
