It was my first time shopping here today. I noticed at the entrance it says 'please use a basket'. After some time of navigating the store, I found a black wheelie basket much later. I had to swap and transfer everything as it was getting too heavy for me. I think it would be convenient for customers if the black wheelie baskets were near the entrance instead. They do have a security tag, so why not? A member of staff helped me and my mother with an error when we accidently scanned twice. She was helpful indeed, but she was as cold as stone compared to a majority of other store workers I've seen today. In the end, we are satisfied with our purchase, and I guess that's all that matters really!

I called in to Matalan Aberystwyth today to exchange a pair off jeggins.The assistant that served me was really helpful and found a larger size in the storeroom. She also helped me wen I tried on an aviator jacket. Unfortunately my size was out off stock but she was prepared to ring another store for me. I didn?t get her name but she served me 10.03 today 16th October.
