Very well located. A bit odd we never saw the owner, all contact by phone, both checking in and out.
No breakfasts this is a room only guest house, not a B and B.
Local one way system a nightmare, particularly if you drive past looking for a parking spot. Parking very limited and difficult to find.

Arrived on a very wet afternoon at the time agreed. No reply at front door had to ring number and told to use key safe to get in. No welcome and didn't see owners throughout stay of three nights. Room ok very basic wouldn't stay again.
Nearby activities: Beach very close.

Seriously unhappy. I've stayed at this b&b a few times over the years and never had a problem. I got put in the house over the road from.the main B&b which is fine. At 2am I got woken up by either the guest or owners that had two dogs play fighting and barking! Up and down the stairs outside my room!!!!! Never experience anything like it!! Beyond furious I came here for a night away to get woken up by two dogs??? Worst night sleep I've had in along time!! I appreciate that pets maybe allowed here, I love animals but I don't love being woken up when I've paid for a service!! Fair enough if it was drunk people as I'd expect that on a Friday night but not by two dogs staying in the same building!!!! Never been so angry after staying some where.

What a fab, v.f.m guest house. No frills but clean & tidy and dead central. Owners are dead friendly. Unrestricted parking nearby too.

It's OK. I only paid £35 for the night which was awesome! Few issues, the room was way too hot most of the night and I had to keep opening the window. I didn't sleep a wink all night. This window opens onto a main room which is noisy. Strange smell also, not the room, the room was good but the place itself. Like cooking but I couldn't place the food. No parking which I knew about beforehand and I parked 7 mins away up a hill somewhere. Not an issue as I knew in advance but if you have big bags be prepared.
Nothing to do with the place but just on the pavement literally 100 yards down to the left there was 2 used womens sanitary products just on the pavement. Yep used! Also, dog crap everywhere!
I can't really fault the room although a lick of paint on the outside of the building might be more appealing. Would I stay there again? Well the room was good, although I didn't see the person who ran the place, I rang a phone number on arrival and they were very helpful. All was very easy to complete. Aberystwyth is OK. Found a fantastic museum and spent time there. Unfortunately I went in April to
Aberystwyth and it rained the entire 2 days I was there. Shame. I've got a really long trip planned for next year and would pass by here. I would stay at the room again though.

Absolutely everything you want from a guest house, and a fine one at that.
Room's really got everything I need, shared bathrooms are modern and clean.
Wifi's decent and the location couldn't be better.
Being practically the most affordable option in town, I am highly likely to return.
Walkability: The town itself is generally very walkable. Inside the guest house you will find stairs like in most buildings in town. There is no lift that I am ware of. Should you have mobility needs, reach out to the owners and ask their advice for your best options.
Food and drinks: Aberystwyth is stuffed to the brim with amazing places to eat and go out for drinks at. Fueled by the energy of the young university population, it's full of life and variety, suffering much less under the effects other UK coastal towns are enduring.
Noteworthy details: The guest house consists of the one at the maps marker and has more rooms in a building across the road.

A bed and breakfast not offering breakfast is poor customer service and a misleading.
They should no longer call themselves a bed and breakfast.
Food and drinks: No breakfast offered.

For what we paid on a bank holiday weekend this was good value. Room only and shared bathroom but all clean and tidy.
Very close to town centre.
