Seems like a good store, however the guy who served me came across as rude. To put it mildly. I know I wasn't spending a lot, but basic customer service was lacking.For instance, when I ask if a product is stocked I don't expect to be told 'I don't know what that is, I don't deal with fernickety things'. My mistake - I'd asked if they supply any wood finish.

Excellent, efficient service, and reasonable prices. Lovely Mike was so helpful in obtaining railway sleepers from a different branch as there were none in stock at Aberystwyth of the size we wanted. Delivery driver was friendly and obliging. Have used them 3 times now, and will do so again!
