Was in this store on Friday with my mom and the customer service was outstanding. The staff all said hello on eye contact ,taken things to the checkout while my mom was still shopping. Its small things that give customer service and was fantastic. Was also nice to see a happy work force Hopefully my next visit will be the same. We'll done to all staff there

Ordered a birthday card for my grandson. It's states online, "posted royal mail first class" so you assume next day delivery.This is very misleading as my grandson as still not received his card in 2 days.Apparently it is dispatched via royal mail24 which is not a guaranteed next day delivery.So remember when ordering, it's not first class as stated it's 1-4 days if your lucky.Very disappointed. Won't be using this site again.

Honestly everytime I go to this chain of shop the staff look like they hate their lives. It's not a disorganised shop, it is reasonably easy to find what you're looking for but the staff are not helpful in the slightest and sort of point and wave you in a certain direction when you ask for something specific.
