Although Cafe Nero serves good coffee and the staff are excellent, the whole place needs a face-lift and a lick of paint. It needs to be closed for a month, deep cleaned, redecorated and for goodness sake replace the tired,grubby old furniture and lighting, and the large mirror on the wall is positively disgusting Nothing has been changed since the place opened. As customers we spend a lot of money here,as I say, the coffee is good, but come on tidy it up a bit.

Like £5 for a not big cup of takeaway coffee with a lot of foam on the top:(
Would have been wiser to forget convenience and walk to Wetherspoons and back.

I really don't think it appropriate for staff to be plaiting hair behind the counter in food prep area and then no hand washing before continuing to prep food and drink
