My 88 year old mum had a flu jab booked in - paid 25 quid in a taxi to get there at for a 1145 appointment only to be told the pharmacist was not in and the locum could no do flu jabs - I don?t know why someone could not have contacted her to save her a trip and the expense - the staff there are lovely so it?s not an issue with them it just seems the management is terrible

Can?t fault this store! Staff are incredibly helpful. Pharmacy deserve a lot of credit for their hard work and always provide a service with a smile although they are rushed off their feet.

Very friendly staff serving when picking up a couple of items. Guy serving couldn't get the receipt out had a great sense of humour with me.

Hour wait for prescription after being told it would only be a minute. Recieving repeat prescriptions a whole month late at times.

Went to see the Black Friday deals on men's cologne/perfume. Unfortunately there is only a small cabinet and there were not many in sale.The branch was not that busy when I visited, most seemed to be queing for the pharmacy rather than shopping in-store. Staff were friendly and helpful. It id not take long to access the locked cabinet with the colognes and I decided to buy two: Armani Code and YSL L'Homme both highly rated scents and I am happy with them.There is plenty of roadside parking in the area and there are disabled bays close by. The main entrance to the store is on street level and is wheelchair accessible.
