“I called to see if the book I wanted was in stock. The lady I spoke to offered to put it by for me to collect as I was a distance away. Staff at Waterstones are always extremely helpful. They’re obviously recruited with care. When I collected the book the lady was friendly and knowledgeable.”

“This is like a Diagon Alley bookshop. Its rickety in the most interesting way, it has incredibly old books plus new signed books. My son just grabs an empty box when he visits as he always finds do much to interest him. There are so many different rooms and books on any subject you can think of. Wonderful”
