Very unhappyI like to use Argos because if you ever have a problem you can take an item backI purchased some non-stick pans recently but have found them to not be non-stick so I tried to return them today to find Argos will not refund me (even though I?m within 30 days & have my receipt)?? because I have ?used? them!!?!?!!?!I had to use them to find out they were not non-stick!!!!Not happy with the product & Argos refused a refund!I will not be shopping with Argos again

2 times they have messed up on my orders I've paid for 2 items online on Sunday and got them reserved for collection on the same day then when I go to collect the item today Monday turn out the one I reserved they sold it to another customer now I have to wait a week till I reserve my items what a joke the people have no idea what they are doing

Excellent Andrew convenient. I picked up an item ordered earlier today. Served very quickly. Impressed too by the attention given to Covidrules: the customer behind me came in without a mask. The shop assistant offered her a mask. Well done! And thank you. Some customers are still very vulnerable. I chose a Sunday afternoon hoping it would be quiet and safe. It was. ?

Absolutely disgusted, rang Argos contact no 3 times this morning only to be cut off everytime before speaking to an advisor, this seemed to me to be done on purpose!

Picked up s shower that was missing a shower head. the staff at Aberystwyth were excellent in helping find a solution without having to return the whole item. I was able to get it fitted as planned with no need to arrange another installation date. Much better than online customer service who were really not helpful.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with the manager Damien, who is aggressive and rude. He judged me completely based on my age and appearance. Well he got me completely wrong. I had brought in a return, I had spoken with Argos live chat, who promised me a refund on a faulty item. I took a copy of this chat and a receipt with me. I was refused a refund, I was accused of lying and degraded publicly based on my appearance. I saw and heard him and the sales assistant talking about me before I have even come in with the item and explained. Absolutely shocking. I will be writing a formal complaint to head office, and will no longer shop with Argos.

Bought a phone that got delivered to store next day. It turned out to be faulty and I really wasnâ??t happy with the phone in general. Went to take it back to exchange and also order a dyson V7 and a foam roller... but they wouldnâ??t exchange it as the phone was taken out of the box. The manager said they canâ??t exchange or refund any electronics if the seal of the box has been opened. Obviously didnâ??t order the hoover from them just incase. Iâ??ve never had any issues with Argos in the past and have always been a regular customer so was really surprised! Wonâ??t be spending money with them again, especially for electronics.
