Wait time on the phone is at most 10 minutes.I show up 15-30 minuets early and the wait time is 30mins unless your appointment is on their break which can be 45 minutes. The reason that I'm giving the group practice 5 stars is because people don't realise how lucky we are compared to other surgeries.”
