Was supposed to be attending a viewing this morning at 10am. Went to look online for the address as we were already on our way to find it was sold subject to contract, however we received no email or phonecall to let us know. If I hadn?t looked online we would?ve been sat waiting for the estate agents with our baby in the car.

Do not rent from these rouges. Don't expect essential repairs to be made, unless you get the local authority involved, just a few of many photos as proof. Complete waste of time

We were told we couldn't put in an application for a rental property early as it wouldn't be fair to people viewing, we had a mid afternoon viewing on that property an my son was traveling 150 mile to view it and we were told 2 hour before our viewing time that someone had put in an application. Really unfair and they were also very bad at getting back in contact when they said they would.

Dreadful, don't return promised deposits. When you call them they say the person you need to speak to is not in the office. This just repeats. Shame because they were a good agent up until that point.*Edit- deposit returned after this review, 4years later.

I appointed Asset to sell my property and I was very impressed with them. They kept me up to date with details of viewings and offers but without hassling me and they did their utmost to secure me the best price for my house. Everyone in the office was really friendly, helpful and conscientious. I would definitely recommend them.

Where okay at first, promised to help my girlfriend in her situation, (shes in temporary housing so she needs to be out asap) said they would do what they could, gave the 250 admin fee, which we are supposed to get 200 back if declined, 2 days later, they declined her, literally did nothing to help, and still havent returned the 200, AVOID THIS PLACE, go for a better agency.
