I couldn't lock my front door. Paul came promptly and was very reassuring, he quickly found the problem, repaired the lock and adjusted the door, which now locks better than it did previously. I would highly recommend this company.

Can?t recommend Paul highly enough. Unable to lock elderly mothers patio door and had been advised by a uPVC installer that the lock was broken, obsolete and irreparable suggesting new doors were the only option. I contacted Paul for advice. He visited the same day and was quickly able to identify and rectify what the issue was (completely repairable without having to resort to major expense for replacement parts). Very professional, decent and honest Thank you Paul.
